Lift facilities

For lifting, the public part of the building is equipped with Schindler elevators in the central group of elevators from floors 1 to 18: 2 elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and 4 elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. In the lobby group of elevators there are 2 elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg from the underground parking and technical floor to the 1st floor and 1 elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg from the floors of the parking lot to the 18th floor.

VIP elevator

The building also has a special VIP elevator that serves passengers from underground parking to all floors. Access to this elevator is based on passes (persons admitted to the garage can use their usual pass for passage / access to the garage).

Main group of elevators

Main group of elevators consist of 6 Schindler elevators with the Mikonik intelligent control system.

The system works by grouping passengers grouping people travelling to the same floor and allocate them to individual elevator cars. The individual elevators are then routed in the group so that they serve only certain floors, thus reduces the number of intermediate stops and thereby improves the elevator system efficiency.
